Laxmanpur Beach & Natural Bridge – Nature’s Artwork

Undoubtedly the most photographed spot on Neil Island is Laxmanpur Beach, because of the Natural Rock Bridge at Laxmanpur-II. Locals call this geological wonder, which resembles a huge arch and was created by natural erosion over millennia, the "Howrah Bridge." At low tide, a stroll to the rock bridge shows shallow tide pools brimming with sea cucumbers, starfish, and other aquatic creatures. The actual beach is separated into two sections: Laxmanpur-I is well-known for its flaming sunsets, while Laxmanpur-II is best for exploring and taking pictures. The environment is given a rustic beauty by the seashell abundance and coarse coral sand. Since there aren't as many facilities here as at Bharatpur Beach, it's best to pack some food and drinks. For nature lovers and photographers, Laxmanpur is a must-visit because of its isolation and beauty.
